I come from a career as a Public Policy and Government Management Analyst (more commonly known as Senior Executive) at Niterói City Hall, participating in important executive decisions and planning strategies such as: Niterói Plurianual Plan (known as Plano Plurianual - PPA 2022-2025 ) and more recently in the preparation and publication of the Process Management Manual document for the Undersecretariat of Digital Government (SSGD). Acting as General Advisor to the Digital Government Subsecretary of Niterói, in the following fields: control and monitoring of activities; electronic process; communication; management and innovation; activities transversal to all departments; and, finally, process mapping. I was responsible, among other activities, for: applying the PREVINE Niterói methodology at SSGD - Governance and Compliance; and preparation of communication pieces at the Digital Government Subsecretary of Niterói, in relation to the e-Ciga system. Furthermore, it developed knowledge in Bizagi, through the SSGD Process Management Manual, using the flowchart tool to obtain a better understanding of current processes, in addition to allowing improvements and adjustments from a reliable diagnosis with the identification of risks, bottlenecks and deficiencies in each division, as well as having a holistic view of the SSGD, considering the consequences and effects of the various activities identified, ensuring the feasibility of all procedural flows. On June 26th 2024, I was officially joined of Communication Consultancy at Secretariat for Planning, Budget and Modernization of the Management of the Municipality of Niterói (SEPLAG). On July 4th, 2024, I was licensed from the public office I held at the City Hall of Niterói for a period of 4 years.
