É atual gerente jurídico e sustentabilidade da Agrex do Brasil, empresa controlada pelo grupo Mitsubishi Corporation.Enquanto gerente jurídico senior na Bunge S/A, maior exportadora mundial de grãos, atuou como business partner do negocio de Originação e assessoria a novos projetos. Previamente à Bunge, foi head jurídico da Fiagril, primeira empresa brasileira de distribuição de insumos investida por capital chinês, onde realizou a restruturação do Depto. Jurídico e atuou como secretário do Conselho de Administração durante a gestão de três presidências distintas.Foi executivo jurídico da Vale, onde atuou em relevantes projetos no norte/nordeste brasileiro (duplicação da Estrada de Ferro Carajás, em um capex total de 24 bi BRL), além da JBS, onde atuou prioritariamente na esfera consultiva e contenciosa. Foi advogado das empresas TV Bandeirantes, Itaú e Vivo. Pós graduado em direito ambiental pela PUC SP, com MBAs em direito empresarial (FGV) e agronegócio (USP). Currently serves as Legal and Sustainability Manager at Agrex, a company controlled by Mitsubishi Corporation.As a Senior Legal Manager at Bunge S/A, the world’s largest grain exporter, he served as a business partner for the Origination division and provided legal support for new projects.Prior to his tenure at Bunge, he was the Head of Legal at Fiagril, the first Brazilian agricultural input distribution company to receive Chinese investment. In this role, he restructured the Legal Department and served as Secretary to the Board of Directors during the leadership of three different presidents.He also held legal executive positions at Vale, where he contributed to significant projects in Brazil's North and Northeast regions (including the duplication of the Carajás Railway with a total CAPEX of BRL 24 billion), and at JBS, focusing primarily on advisory and litigation matters.Earlier in his career, he worked as an attorney for TV Bandeirantes, Itaú, and Vivo.He holds a postgraduate degree in Environmental Law from PUC-SP and MBAs in Business Law (FGV) and Agribusiness (USP). He was admitted to the MIT Sloan MBA program, Class of 2021.
