With the slogan “Seriously. Canine Professionals.”, I founded and led an agency with over 50 professional dog trainers, focused on raising service quality in an industry with low barriers to entry. Alongside training, we offered dog walking and daycare services on a smaller scale.CW was built around professionals with at least 10 years of experience, certified by leading institutions such as FVet - UBA, FCA/FCI, and IRO, ensuring both national and international expertise.Our team included top-tier professionals: the Argentine and Latin American IGP Champion, the Argentine representative at the 2017 IGP World Championship in the Netherlands, and several directors of training clubs across the country, along with members of the Superior Council of Judges.

I led the strategic direction of a real estate company in Tandil, overseeing everything from client interactions to sales management and commercial partnerships. I drove a shift in focus from rentals to property sales, resulting in the company’s first sales with dollar-denominated commissions and solidifying its position in the market. This transformation significantly improved its financial performance.I spearheaded the rebranding of the company and identified key real estate projects, such as Kennebec de las Sierras I and II, two of the city’s most prominent developments. Additionally, I established strategic alliances and strengthened the company’s recognition within the Tandil Real Estate Brokers Association (CEMART).

I started my journey at 16 as a dog walker, which later evolved into professional training in canine behavior to meet the growing demand from clients.Since 2017, with a leash in hand, I envisioned creating a business to scale and improve the quality of canine services. However, I first needed to address my personal financial situation. During this time, I closely followed the rise and fall of different apps that merely connected clients and providers through review-based systems.After earning a scholarship at Universidad de San Andrés and gaining financial independence, I fully committed to building Cooper in 2024.
