I work actively to create and refine backlog items and prioritize them, creating detailed stories with users, business managers and executives and the development teams. I worked as a Business Analyst supporting the Recruitment and Onboarding processes, that is key to other areas as Compensation, Time, Benefits, Payroll, and other downstream systems. The Kenexa-Workday Connector was developed to automate the hiring process, with a simple push from IBM application tracking system to Workday HRMS.I had an active participation on this multi-phase project: leading the Discovery, Requirements Capture and Design phases; coordinating the Recruitment and Onboard and Workday Release teams to automate the hiring process between IBM Kenexa Talent Acquisition Suite and Workday HRMS module; managing stakeholders expectations and communicating with user groups and developers/consultants.Worked actively to capture and translate business requirements into technical stories, and participated in multiple decisions about the recruitment and onboard processes, aiming to simplify data capturing and paperwork completed by new hires.Acted on change management areas, to train and prepare the teams for the new software and processes, producing material and knowledge along critical transition and cut off periods. Along the project we designed multiple flows for these different countries, using the… Show more Responsible for leading globally the Kenexa Smarter Workforce implementation within IBM, focused on the Onboard process transformation. My main task was to organize the work with 9 countries, with different processes and policies, gathering user requirements to transpose current onboarding processes to the new tool, incorporating additions, changes and functionalities from the new system. Along the project we designed multiple flows for these different countries, using the system to present prescriptive content and tasks according to new hire selections and employment conditions/type. After the new tool implementation, paperwork that used to be mailed/emailed can be completed online, with e-signature enabled for some countries, in a cloud and centralized environment, consolidating communications and instructional messages.This role requires strict project timeline management, as many HR parts and groups were engaged with the transformation. Many tasks need to be discussed with multiple groups and consensus found. Also, compliance and employment regulatory requirements that are so different across the globe brought different types of challenge along the way.IBM's global roll-out of Kenexa's BrassRing and Onboard tools is the largest of its kind to date. To be part of the core team and be in all the discussion around the new tools and processes was a highlight of my learning journey at IBM.Also acted as a trainer for the IBM Talent Suite implementation, teaching the Brazil recruitment team on the new IBM Kenexa's BrassRing and Onboard on cloud tools.
