- Led the product discovery journey for 3 brand new products exploring Decentralised Ledger Technologies and AI to help artists develop more sustainable careers;- Created the roadmap for the 3 products from product discovery to shipping the first MVP, using Market Analysis and User Research to drive data-informed decisions;- Collaborated with Diffuser’s founders on the development of the company’s vision, mission and culture;- Collaborated with a team of 3 developers to establish Agile best practices and conduct all Agile ceremonies making sure that competing priorities were accommodated in the best possible way to keep work in line with the roadmap;

- Led the expansion of podcast product for BR, owning its vision and strategy and increasing podcast MAU in the country by 53.4% in 3 months;- Created the original content roadmap for 2022 using user research, data analysis and market insights to inform decisions;- Collaborated with Creators, Legal, Finance, Marketing, PR and Designers managing the end-to-end development of 5 original podcasts;- Managed Internal CMS tools to publish and maintain podcast catalog and editorial spaces resulting in a new Amazon Music Podcast programming strategy being now used in all LATAM countries;- Developed relationships with top local creators and media companies resulting in a 23% growth in third party catalog;

- Defined and implemented the editorial podcast roadmap based on data generated insights, resulting in a 90.6% (Nov 19 - Feb 21) increase in podcast MAU in Brazil;- Analyzed performance data to generate reports about consumer behavior and consumption trends, using these knowledge to inform the roadmap for Original shows and exclusivity deals resulting in 40+ Original and Exclusive shows in 2020;- Collaborated with product teams on the prioritization, development and implementation of new global product features like, podcast playlists, podcast polls, podcast charts, episode preview and episode quotes;- Managed through CMS more than 50 editorial surfaces with update cadences varying between daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly.

- Coordinated with HQ team to define and implement a local data driven (consumption data, user research and competitor analysis) podcast strategy, increasing podcast MAU from 11.2017 to 11.2019 by 113%;- Negotiated partnerships with content providers and independent producers as a strategic partner manager having ingested 1000+ local podcasts;- Set creative briefs for local original podcasts and video content having produced 80+ hours of original content at Deezer Brazil being responsible for discovery, ideation, partnerships negotiation, supplier negotiation, legal and project delivery;- Collected, analyzed and reported internal and external data to track the evolution of the podcast experience for Deezer customers identifying new growth opportunities and optimizations for existing podcast strategies.
