I optimize processes, reduce and control plant deviations, and respond effectively to emergencies. I ensure compliance with Management System procedures and industry best practices.Activities performed:- Control, operate, and manage systems such as:- Process Separation (Separator Types, Crude/Crude Heaters, Test Separator, Flash Vessel, Electrostatic Treater, Skim Vessel, and Flotation Cell);- Cooling Medium System;- Heating Medium System;- Gas Dehydration System;- CO2 Treatment;- CO2 Reinjection Compressor System;- Reinjection Gas;- Gas Compressor Systems;- Pigging Operations;- Utility Systems (N2 Generator, Air Compressor System, Reverse Osmosis, Electrochlorinator).My role includes:- Collaborating with project and commissioning teams during the shipyard phase.- Reviewing technical documentation and vessel commissioning procedures.- Developing and evaluating punch lists for the topside and supervisory system.- Verifying cause and effect logic diagrams.- Training the production department on 4th generation vessel systems.- Undertaking supervisory responsibilities as required.

As a Production Supervisor, I am responsible for managing a diverse team and integrating departments for efficient and synergistic work. My goal is to organize team members, provide the appropriate tools to achieve goals, and ensure operational safety and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the unit's restart process after asset sale/purchase transition, reporting on the efficiency of oil and produced water treatment.- Manage talented teams in field operations and control room systems.- Manage the work permit and process isolation system, following best practice procedures, ensuring zero energy and safe work release.- Supervise the oil treatment process through chemical injection, coalescence, degassing, and crude oil transfer.- Handle produced water treatment through chemical injection, skimming vessel, sparge (flotation), and water discharge to the sea according to specifications.- Manage utility systems, including heating, cooling, nitrogen, and compressed air.- Experience with GE Cimplicity Scada DCS and AutroSafe Autronica (gas and fire system).- Collaborate with Maintenance, Management, HSE, and Production teams on partial shutdowns and equipment restarts.- Create and improve steps for evaluating the entire treatment process, following standards, norms, and guidelines.- Meet ANP requirements in audits on fire-fighting systems, safety valve tightness, emergency situations, among other SGSO audit aspects.- Act as Interim Production Superintendent.My role includes leading, disciplining, developing, training, and assisting employees to maintain a cohesive team united by a common purpose that prioritizes safety and operational goals of the asset.

During this period, I have conducted work related to start - up, shut - down, operation, optimization, monitoring and tracking of the daily needs of the operation processes of an Offshore Process Plant, controlling and maintaining the parameters according to the required and appropriate for such function, these was performed several times in the Control Room in training and as a field operator, providing systems to Utilities / Process / Fire & Gas work correctly. Thus to promote everyday tasks starting, stopping, inspection and operation of equipment responsible for oil separation, gas treatment with amine, glycol gas dehydration, gas compression, Fuel Gas generation, nitrogen generation, water generation of treated through the reverse osmosis system, produced water treatment for good quality at its disposal to the environment and its reinjection into injection wells, injection and chemical treatments, routine operations in the Turret as change wells / HPU systems / import and export gas / lubrication system / closed drain / sealing system to swivel / OPS system / ethanol injection to break hydrates / sending and receiving PIG. Execution of activities such as isolation of equipment and processes for maintenance, and line-up. Knowledge and preparation of PTW and its accompanying documents, with large and clear knowledge of safety standards SBM.

During this period I performed works related to the operation / optimization / monitoring of the daily need of the operating processes of a plant offshore. Start / stop / operation of equipment responsible for the separation oil, glycol gas dehydration, gas compression, produced water treatment systems, HPU, water injection, chemical injection. Implementation of procedures for sending and receiving pigs, isolation of equipment for maintenance with knowledge of PTW and safety standards.

Calibration of all gas detectors in the area of Arcelor Mittal (SAW - ES), and these detectors Crowcon, RKI (all models), Draeger, and others, developed the quality management activities, and daily work with metrology, have carried out work related to calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance of gas detectors, which optimized the work time, improved statistics and developed quality management.

During the period mentioned work performed Calibration Instruments (pH, temperature, level, pressure, gas, flow); Calibration of precision scales and others; Installation and testing of equipment failures; Preventive maintenance and corrective (engines, furnaces, ovens ) Electronic Circuit Analysis, Quality Management, Planning, Environment, Health and Safety participated in the Automation of Plants with the team that worked, I performed and I performed multitest adjustments Controllers, Transmitters, sensors and switches, made use of Hart as communicators the FLUKE 744.
