Working for the Quality Engineering sector and carrying out full analyst tasks in a WCM certified company was a very enriching experience. Company in the automotive sector, which supplied to the largest automaker in Brazil, FCA. During the period, I participated and monitored internal audits, I was able to experience in practice several of the Lean methodologies that were my object of study at the time, I participated in tensile tests, advanced metrology methods, inspection of materials received by suppliers, inspection of bodies and materials before being delivered to the client, this being part of my main role, which consisted of collecting data and analyzing non-conformities in an attempt to optimize the manufacturing process and eliminate failures. I had the opportunity to present a great internship report on metallography analysis that I had done. I also participated in the company's ideas program, being able to check Kaizen ideas of all types, inspect whether or not they were viable, develop a great relationship with a large part of the employees due to respect and care for them and, furthermore, I was able to have direct contact with deaf employees, which provided great practice in Brazilian sign language (Libras) which, added to courses and extra material at the university, made me able to hold a conversation with them. Despite everything, the scenario of uncertainty, the opportunity to take a broad course like Senai's Future Engineers and the desire to add a wider range of knowledge meant that I left the company before finishing my degree.

After being highlighted and receiving an award during a temporary job carried out during the month of December 2012, I was selected for the permanent position.Despite a difficult period for commerce in Brazil, the numbers achieved during my period were positive. During the first quarter of 2013 and my first months as an employee, the BRMalls network grew 18.6% in net revenue and, in the following quarter, I was elected employee of the quarter in my sector, proving the ability to deliver impactful results in a short period even in a large company. On several occasions I worked directly with the audit supervisor, being able to replace him during his absence. I was instrumental in an external audit that did not identify any flaws in the sector, something that had not happened for more than 2 years. I was well evaluated in the 360 ​​evaluation, an evaluation model that I presented a project to during my internship years later and was underway on the day my contract ended (at Stola do Brasil). During this period, the Centro de Referência do Idoso (Elderly Reference Center) was created, which encompassed several activities, a project developed in the sector in which I worked and I had a great contribution to the process. Together with bhtrans, the sector that manages the city's public transport, I actively participated in the incorporation of cards that allowed the elderly to pass through the bus turnstile, which was very well received and continues to this day.
