I started my professional journey at the age of 8, due to a serious financial crisis at the time. This situation made me have a sense of responsibility, adaptability and problem solving since I was a child. Even so, I continued my studies with commitment and was awarded an honorable mention at the Brazilian's 2010 Mathematics Olympiad. Working at Belo Horizonte's City Hall I applied knowledge of the Office Package, I actively participated in rights that positively impact the city to this day. After that, I worked with logistics for companies such as Mercado Livre and Submarine, two of the biggest in Brazil at that time. At the end of 2012, I carried out temporary work as an auditor and I did it with such excellence that I was awarded and hired. During the first quarter of 2013, the network grew 18.6% in net revenue and, in the following quarter, I was awarded as the best employee in my sector, performing at a high level. During my mechanical engineering degree, I added several skills and software such as Excel, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, among others. Additionally, I participated in several important events, such as Philip Liebrecht's symposium from NASA's SCaN program. 2x awarded as the best engineering work shows my creative ability and ability to work in a team. I took a course on the Six Sigma methodology, achieving Green Belt status, being able to plan and apply several continuous improvement projects. Additionally, I worked in a company accredited with the WCM methodology, adding Kaizen experience, in addition to metallographic analysis, control of the idea program, audits, general knowledge of the automotive industry and much more. Through FIEMG/SENAI-MG, I took an industrial mechanics course, having practical contact with refrigerant systems, CNC machines, electrical panels, pneumatic panels and software such as FluidSIM, Oneshape, Mastercam. Furthermore, the workplace ethics course helped hone several important behavioral skills. I don't give up ethical values ​such as respect, honesty, empathy, responsibility and justice. Even during the pandemic, I was able to carry out some work from home, many of which included small consultancies on Lean tool applications. During this period, I gained a lot of contact with people from Latin America in general, which contributed to improving my Spanish.
