In my role as Engineering Manager at TC, I spearheaded a team to deliver top-tier CMS solutions using React and GoLang. My responsibilities ranged from conducting Scrum events, making key technical decisions, to actively mentoring my team, cultivating an environment of continuous improvement. Our commitment to agile practices and quality assurance allowed us to consistently surpass client expectations, contributing notably to the company's success.

In 2018, I co-founded Dati Tecnologia, a startup poised to revolutionize the foreigntrade sector through technological innovation. As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), I was instrumental in guiding our technical strategies and using React for hands-on coding to develop effective solutions. My hands-on approach, strategic leadership, and dedication to innovation played a significant role in Dati Tecnologia's successful industry impact.

As a Senior Software Engineer at DMM, I used my extensive experience to develop advanced solutions using React and PHP. I was responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable applications, focusing on both frontend UI/UX aspects with React, and server-side logic with PHP. I collaborated closely with other team members, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software that consistently met or exceeded project specifications.

At Odonto Medical Group, I served as a Software Engineer, coding robust solutions using PHP and jQuery. I worked on both the frontend and backend, building and enhancing the features of our applications. My contribution significantly helped in delivering high-quality and user-friendly software solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

As a Software Engineer at Olho Digital, an innovative digital agency, I developed a wide range of software solutions using PHP. I was responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining diverse applications that met the diverse needs of our clients. My work at Olho Digital significantly contributed to the agency's ability to deliver top-quality software to its clients.
