- Manage third-party engineering contracts, covering analysis and approval of technical documentation, control of deadlines, costs and quality of service provided;- Develop projects to implement improvements in existing processes/equipment from the study phase of feasibility, through the development of basic engineering and detailed engineering, involving data collection, design, dimensioning and specification of equipment and facilities, budgeting and implementation planning;- Technically support the preparation of project implementation studies of growth;- Technically support the process of acquiring equipment, services and systems participating in the pre-qualification of suppliers, elaboration of technical specifications, proposal analysis, project analysis,expediting, factory testing, implementation and commissioning, with the exception of field activities aimed at the SEP (Electrical System of Power) of the plant;- Update and manage the Company's technical documents, ensuring its integrity and compliance with existing standards and the system of Management of Technical Documents of the Plant (GEdoT);- Technically support maintenance and operation teams in analysis of critical failures, including field measurements and preparation of work procedures aimed at implementing corrective measures,with the exception of works aimed at the SEP area of the plant;- Develop engineering studies and specialized technical analyses, including simulations;- Prepare RTE - Technical engineering report (Technical analysis, budget, basic schedule, risk assessment and alternatives solution);- Technically support all stages of the implementation of projects for investment, from the planning stage to "start up";- Propose general technical standards, converting normative requirements linked to their area of expertise in standardized internal procedures, keeping the correlated technical engineering standards up to date;

- Optimize maintenance based on asset criticality, seeking the best cost-reliability ratio;- Analyze equipment life data, asset life cycle cost, system reliability and other quantitative analyses, for decision-making regarding replacement, reform and improvements at the most appropriate time;- Define and update maintenance plans using reliability tools (RCM, FMEA, etc.) according to the criticality of the equipment;- Observe deviations of corrective maintenance, aiming to propose improvements in execution standards;- Perform failure analysis (RCA) studies, whenever any predefined trigger or parameter is reached;- Apply continuous improvement linked to business objectives and asset performance through benchmarking and adoption of best practices- Study and propose implementation of automated monitoring techniques of critical equipment;- Act in projects of improvements and modifications for maintenance, requesting and supporting the specification by Engineering, following the implementation and final validation;- Technically lead and organize the implementation of the professional maintenance pillar (WCM);- Seek and organize autonomous maintenance actions;- Develop/ review the equipment maintenance/inspection plans, supporting with technical information of the equipment- Technically support maintenance teams in the periodic review of standards related to the topics under their domain;- Define/review frequency of scheduled stops;- Support in the definition and preparation of service contracts, defining premises and evaluating quality assurance items of services, including qualification of workshops for external services.- Periodically review the cost/benefit ratio of maintenance management programs in the areas of responsibility and exchange information with the other plant asset teams.- Raise the need for extraordinary services and related resources, aiming at their execution.

- Perform the inspection of electrical, electronic and instrumentation equipment and installations, according to the relevant inspection plans identifying the condition of the equipment and the necessary interventions.- Perform interventions in PLC, HMI, DCS and other systems, proposing improvements and optimizing the process.- Check daily the records of occurrence of shift, return of work orders, reports of the operation and request adjustment of the inspection plan to the technical assistant of reliability, if necessary.- Carry out the inspection of electrical equipment and installations, according to the relevant inspection plans and procedures, identifying the condition of the equipment and the necessary interventions. Including inspections of out-of-operation equipment, such as spare parts in warehouses.- Record in the maintenance system(SAP)the results of inspections carried out, including occurrence reports when necessary.3- Open Service Order after inspection or notification, according to the defined procedure, for further detailof the service to be performed.- Perform any interventions in electrical/electronic/instrumentation equipment, during your inspection route, as well as necessary electrical/electronic impediments/blockages.- Follow eventually tests of the equipment under your responsibility.- Participate in the preparation and periodic review of inspection plans, service and equipment stops under your responsibility.- Participate in the analysis of equipment failures under your responsibility.- Use electrical predictive maintenance techniques, when applicable, for equipment and component management.- Participate in the preparation / review of electrical / electronic locks of equipment in your area.- Analyze and interpret technical and manual drawings of equipment, to support inspections and executions.

Perform electrical maintenance on equipment according to maintenance plans and procedures, working both in the regular team of the area and in the Synergy of Maintenance.- Prepare the work to be done, reading and interpreting drawings, sketches, diagrams, isometrics, technical instructions and patterns.- Perform impediments / impediments of high, medium and low voltage equipment, according to operational standards.- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, assembly and disassembly in equipment and facilities, properly using test instruments, tools and electronic components.- Perform maneuvers on high, medium and low voltage electrical panels.- Fill out the test reports with the data obtained during preventive and corrective maintenance, aiming at feedback of the maintenance system.- Testing the machine or equipment, verifying the accuracy of the work performed and making sure that it works within the required standards.- Perform maintenance anomaly recording in the maintenance system.- Perform the return of the service order in the maintenance system including the actual time spent on the activity, description of the service and use of spare parts.- Execute wallet reservation (low priority and short-term service order) within the time, whenever possible.
