I design custom computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units to meet requirements in specifications and mechanical drawings, provide customer and sales representative consulting and troubleshooting, and develop internal product improvements to create more efficient, reliable, and higher capacity CRAC units. I also assisted in training new application.

I improve efficiency and profitability of the company using lean manufacturing strategies. I'm also designing automation to improve ergonomics for employees working in the production line. I've assembled switches, latches, and panels to gain further insight in the mechanics and electronics of those parts.

I calculated heat capacities and coefficients for different company refrigeration models, and researched valves, compressors, condensers, and other parts of refrigeration units. I also assisted senior engineers in reformatting and organizing product documentation.

I modified existing parts through Solidworks. I designed small parts such as clips and logo presentations from ideas presented by customers or experienced engineers in the workplace. I created Solidworks drawings with geometric dimensioning and tolerances. I collaborated with fabricators and machinists to create parts from drawings.
