Silvr is a short-term lending solution designed for digital players such as e-commerce businesses, marketplaces, and SaaS companies. It relies on data collection from management software (CSM), advertising platforms, banks, and analytics tools of these companies to assess their eligibility for financing. My scope was specifically on the data collection/performance of connectors, a crucial step for the internal scoring algorithm and determining whether to proceed with financing.In the course of my responsibilities, I have been involved in three main types of missions:1. Creation and optimization of processes in Silvr's operational workflow for its financing solutions:- Analysis of efficiency and monitoring lead times for process steps within my scope- Collaboration with Sales, Risk, CSM, and Tech teams to gather feedback and implement new processesExamples of processes I worked on: client account connection procedures for Sales, establishment and tooling of the Client Support department, collection and processing of client invoices.2. Development of dashboards, tools, and monitoring files to track the performance of implemented processes or assist teams in their tasks / Conducting ad-hoc analyses for top managementStacks used: Bigquery, Excel, Looker, Zapier, Hubspot3. Project management on cross-team topics at Silvr or involving external providersNotable achievements: Development of the banking connector with Bridge / Improvement of automatic reconnection of client accounts in collaboration with AM, Product, and Marketing teams.

Working in the strategy department of BNPP Securities Services, the BNPP subsidiary specializing in the operational management and protection of financial securities for institutional investors, my missions are as follows:• Management of various startup / intrapreneurial projects related to new technologies (Blockchain, AI, ML, etc.): exchanges with operational functions, support of the validation processes, drafting of Business Plans and participation to branding and communication around projects• Monitor the Fintech ecosystem that can respond to BP2S issues• Assist in the deployment of transformation projects (blockchain) in coordination with external partners (Caisse des Dépôts, Banque de France, etc.), the Digital, operational and IT teams (definition of planning, organization and facilitation of meetings , project monitoring, tests, documentation and communication plans, etc...) until change management• Collaborate both internally and externally on a daily basis: involvement in meetings, start-up acceleration programs (Plug & Play, Engine), forums on the Fintech ecosystem, blockchain and open innovation, meetings with start-ups, brainstorming on strategies, workshops etc ...• Participate in the construction of reporting tools for top management on the team's activity

- Re initiation of both financial and HR reportings between the American and Canadian subsidiaries and the headquarters in France- Analysis of the North American sales of the subsidiaries and deliveries of KPIs to the dashboard- In charge of the recruitment of an administrative assistant and account managers in order to increase the business and boost the sales- Audit of the efficiency of the technical support service and feedbacks to the dashboard

- Intervention on financial audit missions with high added value :business plan and long term contracts review, transaction operations ...- Execution of an audit methodology: analysis of the environment of the company,its strategy, assessment of the risks, review of the internal monitoring, control of the fairness of the financial information in several Accountant references (mainly IFRS and US Gaap). - Intervention on several financial stakes problematics in order to bring to the client and his representatives (shareholders, bankers) the insurance needed for their development.
