We took the Veolia Field Management Services solution and turned it into a beacon of digital efficiency. My leadership involved a deep dive into the architecture, where I led the charge in restructuring, reorganizing, and refactoring to maximize productivity. The shift to a Django (Python) framework under my guidance not only increased system maintainability but also significantly cut down on response times to customer needs. Crafting comprehensive technical and functional specifications for a complex 4-party system, I managed to streamline feature deployment and enhance the onboarding process for new third-party customers, marking a period of substantial growth and learning.

As a Project Lead Developer at ATMOSPHERE GmbH, I had the opportunity to drive the application development management for our flagship product, PLANET. My role was to take this desktop application and transform it into a fully-fledged web application, a move that significantly expanded user accessibility and engagement. I led the containerization of the application, revamping the UI/UX design to elevate the overall user experience. Under my leadership, the development team and I broke new ground in satellite-enabled application development, enhancing the efficiency of our development lifecycle and bringing products to market more swiftly than ever before.

My entrepreneurial journey took flight when I co-founded the German branch of ATMOSPHERE GmbH. In my role as Managing Director, I propelled the development of ground-breaking air work operation services, which included equipping DLR aircraft with the PLANET operation system. My tenure was marked by driving the design and development of a Data Transmission Management unit and leading the PLANET project under the ESA ARTES program. The work we did was not just about technological advancements but also about creating systems that significantly improved operational precision and pilot training processes.

Starting my career as a Junior R&D Engineer at ATMOSPHERE Toulouse, I was instrumental in the OGC Interoperability Program OWS-7, where I developed a web-based geomatics application for pilots, enhancing navigational accuracy and interface efficiency. I also created a Generic Traffic Simulator for aviation mission analysis for the French Space Agency (CNES), which served as a critical tool in boosting mission planning efficiency and simulation accuracy. This role was my proving ground, where I honed my technical skills and developed a keen sense for innovation in aerospace technology.
