The “International Shared Services” project aims at mutualizing the Finance department of entities in order to offer common services in worldwide.Project Management Officer: - Assessing the number of employees impacted by the cutover to Finance Shared Services (FSS), - Providing support to the project manager for the preparation of following milestones: Finance project Business Case and Go/Nogo Decision committee - Performing and updating Key Performance Indicators reporting, transfer plans, risks register on a weekly or monthly basis.Internal controller: - Defining a framework applicable to the FSS scope with the support of France team – 7 entities - Taking ownership of the entire internal control process i.e. describing the procedures and processes to be applied with the process owners (AP, AR, Interco. and FA), Performing and assessing the compliance of documentation and testing, Updating and closing the action plans - Taking leadership of annual results presentation to Financial Directors of 7 entities focusing on high-risk pending - Interfacing with the statutory auditors for the 2014/2015 accounts and for the 2015 internal control campaign.Trainings: Customer Services, Project Management Professional and Project Risks.
