Role: Responsible of a team of engineers (Mechanical engineer, Automation, engineer Testing engineer, Manufacturing engineer, ...) for design, FAT and manufacturing.Responsibilities include :- Manage and oversee engineers (development, validation & qualification, FAT of equipment, customer support, ...)- Create and manage budget, resources and planning.- Support maintenance activities onsite.

Role: - Lead the development of hardware part for a specific product.- Ensure correct coordination between hardware, electrical, automation and bioreactor teams.Responsibilities include :- Accountable for the planning, development, budget, … of the full project.- Identify in collaboration with procurement the equipment suppliers/subcontractors. Develop partnership with customers to improve cost and quality. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.- Ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within scope and budget at correct quality.

Role: - Engineer responsible for development of NevoLineTM Upstream.- Taking part in the full development of the machine, from concept to installation at customer’s plant.- Mostly focus on the mechanical area of the development but with interaction of all needed areas (automation, electricity, PLC/HMI, process, logistic, quality, single use, marketing, legal, etc.).Responsibilities include :- Manage and oversee contractors (Solidworks designers & suppliers).- Making sure all features are fitted in the machine (electricity, automation, single use parts).- Understand and integrate biological process.- Integrate logistic planning for shipment and delivery.- Manage outsourced company to stamp CE certificate on the machine.- Documentation writing (owner manual, design report, FAT/SAT/IQOQ protocols and test sheets, etc.).- Ensure all risks are mitigated (Hazop, Risk Analysis, BioHazard, etc.).- Participate and oversee FAT/SAT/IQOQ (testing and validation).- Finding new suppliers for industrialisation of the prototype.- Making sure of implementing lesson learned to next machines.

Role: - Engineer responsible for interior related parts. - Taking part of the development of trim parts (plastic injected parts and functional parts) mostly related to luggage and door area for a full development project, from style surface to mass production part design.- Responsible for integration of 3D scanning technology in the development project improving efficiency of the part evaluation and increasing final part quality.- Filed my own patent thanks to engineering solution (reflected on mass production vehicle)Responsibilities include :- Feasibility study of initial 3D surfaces- Create 3D design in CATIA to match mass production standards- Create 2D production drawings in CATIA- Communication with part suppliers - Manage and oversee suppliers which are responsible for the design of parts- Oversee CATIA modelers- Oversee final quality of the parts and a battery of tests to fulfill necessary criteria (ie. quality, standards, homologation, etc.)- Communication with Toyota plant to ease assembly on line- Improve part quality and cost
