Decathlon is the French leader of the distribution of sporting articles. During this internship I worked in support of the current Department Manager.

I'm the sales representative in the sales department of IBO, which is an agency recruitment in correlation with INSEEC business School based in Bordeaux. My role involves sourcing candidates, consulting, negociating, recruitment, closing deals, and follow up candidates.

My objective was to organize the store anniversary. Indeed, I have to choose promotions the products, the prices and I negociated with the suppliers.
Moreover, I assisted the director for several tasks in management (because of the sixty employees) and for the outlet.
