In addition to management, I am involved in all departments and areas of the company and personally lead the Digital Business and People & Talent departments.It is a real pleasure to lead a company like Cerdá Group, where an ambitious project meets admirable values. My goal is to make our organisation as competitive as possible and to encourage each member of the company to give their very best each day. Working as a team, we keep innovating both at the level of products and processes. Our team spirit leds us to achieve our goals. Before joining the thrilling Cerdá Group project, I worked for 5 years at Auren, where I was fortunate to grow professionally collaborating with a wide variety of companies from very different areas. During these years I have been honoured both for meeting great people (colleagues and clients) and for the wide range of projects in which I have been able to participate. I have greatly enjoyed working in teams, facing challenges working for small companies as well as in companies with thousands of employees.In my career at Auren Consultores I ended taking the reins of one of the departments, contributing my personal vision at an organisational and productive level. I have always been passionate about managing and leading teams and I have enjoyed creating joint projects. My dream is to be part of a team and work together to achieve our goals. I am trained in Human Resources Management and I have a Master's degree from the University of Valencia in Management and Optimisation of Business Processes, Stanford and ESADE Business School programmes.
