Driving for efficiency and respectful use of attendee’s time the course was reduced from eight hours in length to three, while maintaining core effectiveness. Delivered the training to 68 new managers over three years with an average NSAT of 174.• Drove the creation of the New Privacy Manager Advisor program, a three month on-boarding engagement providing a first point of contact for new managers. I provided direct support to over twenty managers in the past two years.• Microsoft Privacy Standard instructor-led training. Originally reduced the length of the course from 6 hours to four. Recently leveraged the redesign of the MPS to create a wholly new course with a focus on teaching the audience how to successfully use the document to quickly find the answers they need. The time commitment was reduced to two hours while achieving an NSAT of 147.
