Within Thales France Information Systems Division (ISD), built from the ground up and led the cybersecurity department's largest program (up to 100 FTEs, >60 M€ labour budget), having its full end-to-end responsibility. The program aimed at enhancing the security level of Thales' critical infrastructures, applications and workstations. Ensured on-budget and on-time delivery, at the right level of quality, as well as day-to-day operations and the overall success of the programme.Established and led a security engineering team mostly specialized in Identity and Access Management technologies (up to 14 FTEs). Tailored and deployed associated engineering processes and tools.Responsible for France's administration platform service line (~ 700 user-administrators), its quality of service, its feature backlog as well as the associated run processes.Dealt with governmental supervisory agencies as far as the program was concerned, and established the program's multi-year strategy.

Within Thales France cybersecurity consulting team, specialized in helping international organizations cope with major IT security incidents throughout their complete life-cycle; from intrusion detection to full-scale remediation:- Support in organizing the client's first-response teams to detect the intruders, understand their tools and establish the timeline of the attack;- Support in defining, planning, executing and monitoring the remediation and mitigation projects to be launched including: * Assisting in the definition of the resilient and secured target IT architecture ; * Helping the client's project management teams to deliver the technical solution on schedule and with the right level of security and quality; * Organizing the deployment of major "big-bang" roll-outs, involving up to 300 participants * Assisting the client in managing its relationship with potential governmental supervisory agenciesResponsible for establishing the French cybersecurity consultancy multi-year strategic business plan.

Within the Department of Economic and Social Affairs, in charge of end-to-end definition, technical design and implementation of a web platform deployed as part of a project of capacity-building for graduation strategies for Least Developed CountriesLanguages & technologies worked on: Java, JSP, JSR 168/286, Struts2, Hibernate, Oracle DB 11g, Tomcat

Capacity-building for graduation strategies for Least Developed Countries in Asia and Africa.- Creation of an information platform (website) aggregating all the international support measures accessible by Least Developed Countries.- Setting up of features lists for each platform module, as well as a project timetable. - Choice of the tools to be used (Liferay portal, portlets), that fit within the technological and framework requirements already in place (Java, Oracle, Struts2, Hibernate) at the United Nations and in other projects.

Within the Department of Corporate Strategy (internship):- Competitive analysis: synthetic summaries containing financial data, M&A movements, perceived corporate strategy, turnover and operating revenue evaluations by activity, etc.- Publication of a "Top 30" notebook containing Thales' 30 main competitors, designed for the executive committee and various departments (corporate strategy, international development, business lines) as well as for marketing teams.- Analysis of specific issues for the Corporate Strategy team, such as cloud computing security, the naval construction market or the environment market.
