My main mission was to manage the e-shop : I worked with developers and web designers to enhance the purchase act (with changing the design of the website or the presentation of the products for example).I used sheets and pivot tables to report and forecast the sales, which were mostly based on data from Google Analytics and the reports of the web agency that was managing our SEM campaigns.To acquire more prospects and customers but also to increase our brands' notoriety, I was taking care of the newsletters and emailing's campaigns. I created special offers and wrote the content of the emails.I was also managing online communities. With the help of the digital team and the softwares Kontest and HootSuite, I was able to organize social contests and games on different platforms and to increase the interaction with our fans and followers.
