About Thibaut Broussier

I am a passionate wine merchant and trained sommelier currently living in La Rochelle, France. My skills include sales, a vast knowledge of international wineries & winemakers, wine tasting, purchasing & orders, and wine education. In 2018 I won Best Young Sommelier in the Chaine des Rotisseur's Best Young Sommelier Competition, Australia, and then runner-up in the International Young Sommeliers Competition in Mexico City. Having spent over four years combined living abroad in Australia and Ireland enabled me to become fluent in English and develop both passion and knowledge for wines from around the world. Social by nature, working in a team environment inspires me as it allows me to connect with others over the shared appreciation of wine, spirits and hospitable service.
