* Meet all project-specific commissioning milestones and deadlines Managed more than 800MW of solar projects in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacifica* Ensure the commissioning team complies with the project OSHA or equivalent compliant safety plan* Develop and Ensure the SunPower commissioning process is implemented. The process includes written policies and procedures. Record all actions in SunPower O&M IT databases* Responsible for the training and commissioning team implementation of the SunPower project lock out/tag out process. Team can include subcontractors, contractors, and vendors* Create and manage a project commissioning staffing schedule and budget* Interface with SunPower project managers, constructions managers, and designers. Resolve schedule concerns, when applicable, escalate to HQ as appropriate for commissioning functions * Ensure adherence to a written project specific commissioning plan is developed, approved, and implemented. A commissioning plan for utility projects includes, but is not limited to: o Budget o Staffing plan o Safety plan o Environmental plan o Training and qualification requirements for the commissioning staff o Construction turnover to commissioning plan o Inspection and test plans with associated procedures o Customer training plan o System energization plan o Reporting metrics o Internal and external commissioning reports o List of turnover documents for the customer o Contract specific commissioning requirements not already listed * Manage commissioning expenditures within the approved budget* Manage the commissioning team and ensure the teams are trained and qualified to perform their duties. This responsibility includes procuring subcontracts as needed to support commissioning* Establish onsite facilities as needed, including a working office, equipment storage, and vehicles * Report commissioning metrics by project* Manage the customer relationship as it pertains to commissioning

* Meet all project-specific commissioning milestones and deadlines. Commissioning of more than 100MW of solar projects in France* Establish the Electrical Design of Distributed Generation projects * Design and Manufacture a monitoring system to all French Distributed Generation projects* Develop and Ensure the commissioning process is implemented.
