- Direct relationship with customers being the main contact in the Plant in case of requests or issues. - Responsible for the monitoring of the global Quality in the plant in term of organisation, claims, actions plan and costs (AVO + NG). - Responsible for yearly Quality budget (Claims, PPM targets, QA costs targets, etc..)- Responsible for customers audits (S-HC, QSB, etc..)- Responsible for the completion to division of the Quality KPI’s on weekly and monthly bases with relavant actions plans. - Participation twice a year to QMM (Quality Management Meeting) and PQMM (Plant Quality Managers Meeting) meetings with all Quality members for best practices sharing, plants benchmark and global Quality activities. - Responsible for the Division requests in term of standardisation.- Responsible for the Quality System implementation and improvement. - Responsible for the plant compliance to the different regulations we deal with : European (E6/R43), Chinese (CCC), Brazilian (Inmetro) and American (AS1). - In charge of Quality members trainings and versatility.

Responsible of the global Quality level of the Naked Glass department with a team of 4 Quality technicians. Main goals are : - Achieving internal and external Quality targets. - Reducing QA costs in advocating the Right First Time approach, tackling roots causes, deleting firewalls at customer facilities. - Implement the AES system. - Deal with day to day claims and warranty returns in performing analysis with relevant departments. - Transfert Quality activity in production thanks to training, monitoring, transversal activities and people ideas sharing.
