In 2017, Romain Haag, Romain Lafontaine and I have founded RH Medias. This company is active in real estate marketing. Our mission consists in increasing your sales by optimising the visibility and the presentation of your properties thanks to suitable and innovative marketing technics.

I was in charge of leading a team of 8 sales representatives. That position is focusing on a results-driven approach along with performance improvement to go over a projected sales aim. The salespeople's job consists in selling subscriptions of well-known national newspapers to customers in the B2B sector mainly. The tasks of this function, many and various, are:- Supervising and training sales teams- Ensuring sales targets and maximising sales- Monitoring and analysing sales data- Implementing action plans- Inventory management- Setting up solutions to improve performance and reduce potential issues- Writing reports to the project manager

As sales representative, I was in charge to sale subscriptions to B2B customers for several Belgian newspapers such as La Dernière Heure, La Libre Belgique, Le Courrier International and Paris Match.Results: 2015: Second best Salesman 2016: Second best Salesman2017: Best Salesman

During 3 months, I moved in Sydney for a Market analysis mission. I had to analyse and explore the Australian Market in the purpose to determine if the launching of a branch providing telematics products was possible.

I was responsible for the marketing and communication within an IT company named MBA. As Marketing manager, I had to provide marketing advices and make marketing decisions for all projects and tasks of the company.

What we do: we train students through workshops and competitions 'Start Up Race', inform on current topics through conferences and allow them to exchange at a local, national or international level: with other UStarters or other entrepreneurs. During four mouths, I had the opportunity to work for X.D Technology located in Johannesburg (South Africa). During this period, I had the responsibility to set up the marketing strategy of a product. From this experience I developed and improved many skills such as my English level.

This internship had a double functions. In a first hand, I was in charge of the Marketing . I had to analyse the current Marketing strategy of Michaux Hommes and then set up a report aimed to highlight the different aspects which should be improved or implemented. In a second hand, I had to bring a daily to daily sales support .
