Objective: Ensure the collection and analysis of data to design strategic recommendations and action plans aligned with client objectives.Responsibilities: Brief and needs definition • Collaborate with marketing teams and stakeholders to understand business objectives and formulate initial recommendations based on data analysis.• Define measurable goals (commercial, brand, etc.) and establish relevant KPIs to assess the performance of marketing initiatives.Data Collection and Analysis• Use qualitative or quantitative data (sources vary, including direct customer data or collection methods) to inform strategic recommendations.• Design and implement studies to inform marketing decisions.• Contribute to the development of targeting strategies and/or data collection using demographic, behavioral, and transactional data, including the definition of use cases and user stories.Market Monitoring and Trend Analysis• In collaboration with strategic planning, identify market trends and emerging opportunities, providing key information for strategic decision-making.Embody knowledge of measurement and contribute to its internal and external dissemination within the agency.• Formalize training materials and conduct acculturation or training sessions.Develop strategic recommendations based on impact analyses and propose optimization opportunities.• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate analysis results clearly and accessibly, focusing on achieving goals and KPIs.• Use tools, techniques, and analytical frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, performance, and the wealth of a brand's data assets to contribute to the identification of optimization opportunities.

My mission is to oversee the production of quantitative studies. I also contribute to the deliverables and analysis. All to help our clients orient their strategies. I carry out studies that are brand-related (awareness, image, equity, positioning) and international.

Participation aux différentes étapes de la réalisation d’études (élaboration du questionnaire, suivi du déroulement des études, traitement et analyse des résultats, élaboration de rapports, présentation des résultats aux clients et accompagnement) dans le cadre de diverses approches méthodologiques (Online et/ou off line, recueil en ligne, par téléphone ou méthodologies qualitatives : réunions de groupe, Bulletin board, communauté participatives, blogs et forums…).
