- Business development of a project to provide overall maintenance of a steel plant in Turkey and to set-up a new local business unit- Analyse customer needs, set-up a business plan, form partnerships and hold negotiations.- Audit and set up a recovery plan within a contract for the overall maintenance of a steel factory in France- Conduct a SWOT analysis on the running of the contract in terms of customer relations, organisation, technical and financial follow-up - Set-up, introduce and monitor the global action plan- Involve the contract team and the customer in the plan
