CurrentThe Marussia Beverages Group was established in 2004 and has evolved through a series of strategic acquisitions over the years. So far, it is a highly decentralized group, privately owned, operating as an international producer and distributor of wines, sakes, and spirits, with a turnover of 300 M€.Directly present in 12 countries (Austria, Belgium, France, Georgia, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, Russia, Switzerland, Ukraine, UK and USA), it gathers 12 distributions companies and 13 production sites with a total number of 1.270 employees.• Established the HQ function (from securing office spaces to recruiting teams for Group finance, HR and IT), as well as creation of Group policies (including Governance rules and principles, Delegation of Authority and Travel Expenses policies).• Drove the quality and the scope enhancement of the Group financial reporting under Tagetik (implementing cash flow, see-through P&L, Balance Sheets, Inventory, FTE, KPIs reporting) to provide a more insightful and effective approach to steering the financial performance of the organization.• Conducted a thorough review of the Group’s transfer pricing model between production and distribution affiliates with guidance from Deloitte Geneva, leading to the implementation of a new policy within the Group.• Implemented the model for managements fees from the headquarters to subsidiaries, thereby enhancing transparency and efficiency in financial operations.• Led the coordination, acquisition, and successful integration of a bourbon distillery in the USA into the Group, ensuring a seamless assimilation process. • Established a comprehensive framework for staff development and performance reviews (for the comex members as well as for the affiliates top management teams), along with defined development requirements.
