Managed specialized marine vessel (8500 series semisubmersible platform) for offshore drilling rigs, safety vessels, oil production platforms, and heavy lift cranes in GoM. Initiated, led and controlled maintenance inventory control project on assigned unit. Provided technical leadership as well as coaching and mentoring to rig personnel. Set annual/quarterly reachable targets for assigned unit and implemented roll-out of corporate targets to assigned asset. • Achieved zero recordable incidents in 2012 by integrating yearly SHE standards onto assigned asset. • Distinctively received “Operational Excellence Deepwater Rig of the Year” award in 2012.• Efficiently managed and streamlined rig operations resulting in achieving 68% of profit margin.• Ensured strict compliance of assets with regulatory bodies (USCG, BSEE, and ABS) requirements.

Managed and executed complete shipyard refurbishment/upgrade project of $18M for Denmark operational compliance. Orchestrated technical leadership and training to rig personnel while managing independent leg jack-up drilling rigs (Hitachi) and (KFEL Mod V – B). Held accountability for managing and maintaining CapEx and MajEx as well as $15-$20M DRR budgets annually. Attained and maintained operational excellence while performing operations in UK and Denmark waters for clients, such as Maersk, Tullow Oil, Perenco, and ADTI. Planned and executed entire TapRoot Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process on all high potential unplanned events. Displayed a clear vision of goals, establishing annual/quarterly targets for assigned units.
