• Execute group sustainability strategy, including but not limited to roadmaps, goals, and targets by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.• Implement sustainability initiatives relating to social contributions and environmental impacts-related area.• Support supplier and internal team on capacity building in different area.• Support and collaborate with expert team on sustainable development on energy efficiency, renewable Energy, climate change, water stewardship and gender equality.• Monitor supplier self-assessment, guide management to identify solution and remediate action for improvement.• Support supplier on how to collect and analyze data to mitigate potential risk and determine area of improvement.• Monitor and collaborate with supplier to maintain workplace policy and procedure to ensure all time compliance with workplace’s law and regulations.• Responsible to investigate social case and ensuring case closure and monitor continuous improvement of supplier performance.• Responsible for monitoring chemical usages are MRSL compliance.• Ensure wastewater treatment plant (ETP) is compliance with local regulation and meet ZDHC foundation requirement.• Supported cross-country function for new supplier onboarding assessment.

Overseeing cargo planning for key accounts, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for both Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) shipments. Implement improved solutions, enhance work processes, and strengthen customer relationships and satisfaction.

Responsible to arrange and clear shipment with forwarder/courier for both import and export shipment as per each destinations SOP.
