• Responsible in providing administrative help in running the institute, duties included maintaining database of documents, schedules for teaching, important meetings/conferences and ensuring minutes of meeting are up to date. • Ensures that extra-curricular activities for students/young people are in place for their wholistic development.• Connects with the main donor and coordinates in hosting international team visits.• Maintain good relationship with the government’s offices, especially department of higher education and manages the over-all procedures for students’ affairs.• Oversees the over-all operations and procedures for the organization • Leads team in facilitating community projects, and work closely with village leaders and families in activities such as for hygiene and sanitation as well as connecting with the team who conducts mobile clinic for the village.• Responsible in the monitoring and reporting of project activities. • Coordinates various youth activities and facilitate in ensuring timely training for skills needed. • Corresponds with international personnel to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
