Prepares Letter of Offer to selected candidates and Letter of Rejection to unsuccessful candidates• Arrange to conduct orientation program for newly recruited employee for warmly welcome• Maintaining and regularly updating (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee• Collect all employee appraisal and evaluation documents • Organizes corporate events such as company’s dinner, staff party, trip etc
