• Screening, selecting and appointing suitable candidates for vacant within an organization
• Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules
• Arranges interviews for management levels. Prepares Letter of Offer to selected candidates and Letter of Rejection to unsuccessful candidates
• Arrange to conduct orientation program for newly recruited employee for warmly welcome
• Maintaining and regularly updating (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
