- Lead the team and drive the financial and operational outcomes of the Precinct - Recruit, train, develop and coach Agents and other store personnel - Optimize client satisfaction and loyalty - Manage the repair, installation, and service of computer and consumer electronics products - Communicate strategies goals to the team in a clear, accurate, and timely manner - Develop business plans with senior management - Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized Precinct - Precincts outside of a Best Buy store only: Manage entire store operations while performing a on-duty manager
