• Creates the overall vision for the school and positively influences all constituents to work toward and meet necessary goals; responsible for effectively delegating assignments to staff members that support growth efforts and sustain compliance with accreditation and state licensing requirements, as well as all applicable state and federal laws, and SEG internal policies and procedures.• Manages business initiatives to achieve or exceed planned financial and enrollment targets; utilizes business management system to effectively forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections as compared to stated budget, and regularly keeps expenses in line with revenue totals.• Develops and executes continual and creative community marketing and public relations initiatives to generate and retain enrollment of target families; maintains proactive and positive relationships with current and prospective families through frequent communication and timely follow-up.• Recruits qualified staff to assist with the daily implementation of Links To Learning curriculum and supervised their performance to ensure compliance with SEG policies and procedures, as well as state and local requirements; strives to retain top staff members by providing appropriate professional development and opportunities for growth.

• Assist the school administration team with providing quality early childhood education programs for children 6 weeks through 6 years in age by ensuring successful implementation of NLCI’s Links To Learning preschool curriculum.• Assist with overall operation of the school including: marketing plan implementation, student enrollment, parent and community relations, staff supervision and development, profit and loss management, and facility management.• Support the Principal in the retention of teachers including providing clear expectations and acknowledging individual contributions.• Assist with collecting tuition and other fees and oversee receivables, including bad debt.
