Under delegation of Allied Health Professionals, my primary responsibility was to deliver prescribed rehabilitation exercises to patients in either a one-on-one or group setting as well as monitoring and reporting patient progress.- Deliver prescribed rehabilitation exercise programs to 4-6 patients every day whom all have different orthopedic injuries to ensure they discharge on their expected date.- Utilised both verbal and non-verbal cues to effectively correct exercise techniques in order to minimise injury risk as well as maximising benefit of the rehabilitation program. 0 patients experienced an adverse effect during rehabilitation sessions throughout placement.- Cooperated efficiently with a team of 20 allied health professionals as well as medical staff to maintain patient safety and a high standard of care.-Organised and managed 4-8 hydro-pool therapy outpatient files before opening to ascertain punctual start of sessions.
