Responsible for tax:• Check invoice information, prepare monthly/quarterly tax reports.• Join the tax update and related training frequently.• Contact the tax officers and solve any issues asap.• Finalize CIT, PIT. Responsible for receivables and payables:• Check the purchased documents: invoice, contract, delivery minute,.. and report to director for paying.• Monitor the cost of subcontractor before making payment, such as purchasing cost, labour cost, overhead, etc.• Prepare reconciliation between payable ledger accounts and control accounts.• Control over payment for tax and other liabilities.• Follow up customers by checking the contract term, due date,credit worthiness, warranty and others. Responsible for assets and equipments:• Check and follow up any disposal assets, complying to company procedures, such as approval letter from head of directors, valuation documents, invoices, etc  Responsible for inventories:• Prepare the good received note, good delivery note and check the accuracy of inventory schedule.• Inspect incoming goods for any damage.• Prepare a detail list for goods in and out from warehouse and then send to CA for approval. Responsible for costing:• Calculate the cost of goods sold, cost of buiding swimming pool.• Prepare the exception reporting and investigate any discrepancies in costing, then propose a suitable solution.• Prepare all relating documents for procurement. Preparing financial statements:• Prepare book of prime entry, such as sales day book, purchase day book, cash book.• Record transactions into GL and check the accuracy by performing bank reconcilation, receivables and payables reconciliation.• Prepare the trial balance, then financial statements.
