When I was in high school, I had a big passion for running a restaurant or a coffee shop. I had a big dream that one day I will own for myself one of the stores. Therefore, I decided to have a career in Hospitality Management. I have been learning different things that are useful for my future career while I was attending Cal Poly Pomona since 2019 with a Hospitality major; also with a restaurant' emphasis. During study at Cal Poly Pomona, the school required me to have 800 hours of work experience. I have chosen Sushi On Fire as the place for me to gain more experience as a waiter. I have gained a lot of experience when I worked here. My duties here are greeting and serving customers in and out, taking orders, answering questions about the services, the menu of food and beverages, seating customers, communicating to the kitchen staff and other waitresses, helping the host with customer services, cleaning up and taking payments.
