As a Center Director at Sun Life, I lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve the company's targets and objectives. I also oversee the implementation of sales strategies, policies, and processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. I have been in this role since Jan 2023, and I have successfully increased the sales volume, customer retention rate, and market share of Sun Life in my region.Before joining Sun Life, I worked as a Banca Business Development Director at MSB, where I built and developed relationships with key stakeholders in the EB, SOE, and Credit Management Bank channels. I coordinated with various parties to design and execute business plans, product launches, and marketing campaigns for the insurance businesses operating on these channels. I also worked as an Insurance Lead at Techcombank, where I managed and supported the insurance sales team and the bank partners, and contributed to the growth and profitability of the insurance business unit.I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Hutech University, where I learned the fundamentals of business management, team motivation, problem solving, customer service, product and project development. I have applied these skills throughout my career, and I have demonstrated my ability to lead complex projects, manage others effectively, adapt to changing environments, and deliver outstanding results.
