- Design, develop and maintain the company site https://www.mtvvec.com- Refine company logo, uniforms, and banners.- Collaborate with Engineers from Hitachi, Nippon during building a concrete fence for Project Metro.- Maintain whole company hardware and software, also support setting up infrastructure for 2 large customers.

- Coordinate between Business and Engineer team to design, develop and deliver features: + Email automation: save more than 70% time for manual timing, filtering targets, and sending emails. + Refine Mortgage Rate Calculator UI/UX and update the calculation following new regulations. + Borrower Categorization: tag the borrowers, making it easier for the Business team to filter and group them by tags.- Perform Integration and User Acceptance test.- Prepare bug reports, and reproduce steps.

- Discuss with the borrowers, then analyse and propose the most suitable solutions for them.- Work with lenders, and banks to fulfil borrowers’ applications.- Collect bug reports and talk with the Engineer team to improve the internal system.

- Reduce clustering on Bosch Connect (an internal social app built from Angular 5 and TypeScript) home page, also adjust some UX on many other pages and make them more responsive.- Fix UI bugs, add login animation, and improve some UX details in an internal site to display the car’s components.- Analyze and resolve problems of some internal tools on clients (other Bosch development centers) sites/devices.

- Monitor servers and services’ traffic, status, logs, network connections, memory, and CPU usage on Microsoft Azure.- Troubleshoot issues ad-hoc or schedule. Fix common issues, collect logs, debug data, and report to the Engineer team forbigger issues. Verify correctness of new deployments.- Maintain network infrastructure and employee machines.

- Advice, design, assemble, troubleshoot, and maintain completed machines based on customer requirements. Support 2 biggest customers with more than 200 machines.- Schedule some hardware upgrading projects for some big customers to not disrupt their operations.- Setup, and configure OS, firewall, and backup data servers.- Assist in recruiting new customers to expand company revenue.
