Responsibility• Engaging and building relationships with Brand/ Sellers on Lazada.• Manage Brand/ Seller to drive GMV/ NMV growth and optimize Traffic and CR through Ads, CPAS, Campaigns, Mechanics, and Price Strategies.• Develop and implement a strategy for increasing GMV/NMV by analyzing data: Assortment, Price, Vouchers from Lazada and Competitors• Identify key assortment opportunities by top keyword search, top trending on Platform to suggest strategies to develop both top sellers and categories.• Track, measure, and report on Monthly Performance, Campaign Performance to provide recommendations for next month, campaigns. Achievement• Reached Target in Mega campaign. • Top Brand ranking in Mega Campaign: Tupperware Brand, Katana Brand.

• Manage Facebook fanpage to take care and answer consumer questions/ concerns for Clients: Mondelez Kinh Do, URC.• Planning of protocol/ FAQ for Facebook fanpage of Clients.• Receive, handle customer complaints and escalate urgent cases to Clients.• Measure and evaluate the performance on social networks.
