1. Recruitment :- Make updates to job descriptions and department requirements regarding necessary technical related skills.- CV screening and candidate screening; Prepare interviews with department heads; keep contact; Help candidates understand more about the company's culture and processes.- Coordinate and manage progress, interview schedules, etc.-Welcome newcomers: prepare documents, introduce newcomers, support newcomers to integrate into the new working environment and hand over to the department.- Support recruitment tasks from Fresher, Junior, Senior levels.2. Communication :- Manage and maintain operations of the social networking platform Facebook (Hyosung Tuyển Dụng)- Focus on improving the quality of interaction between candidates and interviewers through the recruitment process to ensure consistency between parties.- Support organize mass recruitment campaign which is named Hyosung Gongchae program, 2 times/ year, average 100 passers/ campaign by advertising on media and websites, both internal and external channels outside such as: Seminars, Career fairs, University opening days, introducing employees and outside agencies by designing Flyers, Banners, Posters, etc.- Cooperate with universities to organize Semina , Plant tour, Job Fairs,...- Work with headhunt companies to find more candidates that meet recruitment requirements.3.
