The Soil Project is an international alternative and gap year program for young people. As the name implies, The Soil Project, with its “soil” educational philosophy, will provide the foundation, community, and necessary resources for learners on the journey of understanding themselves within and exploring and serving the outside world. The Soil Project creates a space, a love-based community, in which learners support each other and choose their own programs and content (self-directed education) as well as internship programs, travel experiences, research and social entrepreneurship, etc.The Soil Project is a self-directed education, giving a semi-structure program. In particular, parts of the program will be built by the project organizing team and parts will be created by each person's personal experience. There are 4 main subjects that The Soil Project focus on:1. Body & Mind Cultivation: Self Understanding2. Sustainable Living and Development: Solution in an uncertainty & disruptive world3. Linked with VCIL Community, VCIL Travel School is an international experiential/travel learning program which utilizes context-based learning in the cross-cultural environment. By combining between education and traveling with community development for locals, cross-cultural collaboration, VCIL Travel School aims to renovate and redefine how education as well as tourism has been happened. VCIL Travel School changes the way education happens from the 4 walls classroom to the outside world where people get practical/hands-on experience by working with local organizations while creates positive impact for local community and immerse participants in different context to reflect upon themselves for inner change, diversify & challenge their viewpoint, broaden their knowledge/horizon, foster international collaboration.

XomTour is a social enterprise in conscious/responsible tourism supporting local community/enterprise to earn income through tourism activities and provide travellers with meaningful and educational traveling in connecting with local people.

Regconizing the important of financial literacy yet lack of training opportunities amongst the youth, Money IQ - Money EQ is created as a community and program to equip young people with necessary skillsets, mindset and knowledge in personal finance. More importantly, the program extends its education to both financial education and emotional intelligent about money.

Linked with The Soil Project Intl', AYE is an international training program bringing the Asian youth in different countries from different social economical background to exchange culture, foster friendship & cross-cultural collaboration, enhance mutual understanding & empathy, learn and gain experience on collective leadership, sustainable development. The program is organized at many different locations in Asia with collaboration from different stakeholders in region.
