• Preparing job descriptions, posting ads, reviewing and screening resumes, interviewing applicants, and managing the hiring process• Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s evaluation program• Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures• Maintaining department records and reports• Participating in and hosting the administrative leader meetings• Planning, implementing and hosting corporate events

• Planning and rescheduling follow the request of customers to ensure 100% availability of Finished Goods stocks for Distribution and Sales from factory to customers as per plan;• Liaising between suppliers and manufacturers. And analyzing the Material Requirement Planning system report output to ensure stability on material requirements and no adverse changes on material schedules that effects the production plan. If having a problem, work with vendors to arrange orders base on manufacturer schedules.• Working closely with the production team to decide how goods should be to maximize sales and ensure adequate stocks of finished goods in line with the demand of customers.• Forecasting levels of demand for products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels.• Maintaining data, records and following up files of purchases of customers, and related matters
