I am now responsible for managing a 6-people team to support the European business and the global company awareness. This consists in: • Managing product launch campaigns using state-of-the art assets and sharp USP's.• Exhibit at international fairs (BAU/R+T/EUROSHOP/INTRAFFIC)• Developing (and analysing) BEA's presence on the Website and the social media• Managing innovative and intuitive technical documentation• Promoting corporate & employer branding, internal communication.• Coordinating marketing projects with the Business Unit in US an APACWhat I am proud of:• The impact of the marketing team on the business, growing from a 3-people team to a 6-people team.• By having an empathic and supportive management style, I coach the team to achieve challenging objectives, pushing the limits of the experience we offer to customers (UX and UI, immersive gaming, interactive training rooms customer surveys…)• The CRM change management. In 2016, I started at BEA as Marketing Manager to coordinate the development of the new website under an international unique identity. What a good introduction! This mission of change management consists in building a new commercial and cross-disciplinary department – customer service. This includes: help users in the change process, implementation of new business processes. Once in place, manage the day-to-day order entry (leads, quotations, orders, aftersales services) to support the sales objectives. Management of an 8-people team. Member of the board.As Functional ERP Project Leader (Microsoft Dynamics NAV), the mission covers different aspects of an ICT project: goals definition, business needs analysis (As-is/To-be), blueprint validation, Key users’ training, steering committees, testing and go-live management. This leads to a smooth transition and a successful go-live.

On top of the E-business, I became responsible for the online & offline communication and the coordination of customers’ events. Management of a 3-people team.What a game changer project in the commercial strategy! In charge of the global project management, I played different roles: Business analyst, people coordinator (Web agency /Translators/IT), UI/UX designer, technical expert (database management & ERP) and changes. Once in place, I was responsible of the product promotion (2000 references) and online turnover with a reached yearly target of 1000K.

This was a challenge! I decided to support a friend in the development of a webshop for music instruments (next to his brick & mortar activity). And this was a success! We increased the turnover by 50% including international growth. I implemented an e-business solution: elaboration of the Business plan, branding & Website’s conception, and development (based on an open-source framework).
