Directed and managed all aspects of fund , safety , international project and security for 190+ officers and members with locations in France, Ghana, Sierra Leone,, Miami, Brussels, and Dubai. Oversee daily operations, including shop and field work, in addition to production and planning efforts; recommend budget investments and control measures. Prepare estimates and negotiate contracts. Projects manage initiatives of varying size and scope; lead all aspects of project lifecycle. Plan, budget, develop, implement, integrate, inspect and manage all physical security systems for firm’s facilities throughout the world. Provided direction for personnel protection, internal investigations, asset protection, background investigations, workplace violence incidents, governmental security requirements, and safety issues. Working directly with the Presidency and Government of Sierra Leone West Africa to create infrastructure for Energy Storage of Fuel and liquidation of Commodity Assets such as Diamond and Gold. My extensive knowledge of international governmental policies and procedures and culture in Europe, West Africa and Central America have been essential in helping my diverse clientele conclude prosperous and successful business transactions.
