With 18 years’ experience as Director in industrial Groups, I acquired skills in people management multidisciplinary, change management, continuous improvement and human resources as well.I have a multi-sectoral culture (chemistry, medical devices, food industry) and a very good knowledge of these environments and their regulations (HACCP, IFS, Hygiene, GMP, ISO 9000-13485, customer audits...). I am committed to putting Safety First.Throughout my career, I have successfully completed organisational and structural improvement projects. As a man from and in the field, I stay in contact with my employees. I would like to get involved in a new project aiming to take over the management of a site and ensure the profitability of its production by implementing change management.Leadership, People Management, Change Management• Ensure, within the site, the management of skills development, team training, professional development• Ensuring the social climate - Chairing works councils, CPPTs and meetings with union representatives.• Resolve social problems that may affect production processes (strikes, accidents, etc.).• Decide on wage policy and assess recruitment needs with the HR departments.• Manage relations with external organisations and site partners: administrations, control and certification bodies, etc.• Enforce the QHSE policy - Set up systems - Change behaviours... Performance and Optimisation of the organisation• Define and monitor KPI’s to evaluate the performance of the production. • Report to the general management.• Identify action levers to optimise production: capacity, quality, human resources, etc.• Monitor the quality of the industrial activity - Master the continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, 5 W ...) in order to carry out projects.• Take charge of annual investment projects Management and Organisation of the production site• Managing the factory as a profit center (operational, administrative, financial management, etc.).• Draw up the short-, medium- and long-term investment/development/maintenance strategy and supervise the implementation of the plans.• Defend the annual investment budget and projects to the executive committee.• Manage all functions related to the site: Production, Maintenance, HR, QA, Safety, Purchasing, Logistics and Planning.• Organize the site's resources (human, financial, technical).
