Talent management; the common thread of my new activities ( TALENT HOUSE ).Secretary General in a Transport and Logistics Group in charge of the main transversal functions of the group: Human Resources, Legal, Organization, Security ... but also innovative projects such as start-ups,my career has been marked by Support for Family Groups and unique encounters, strong in proximity, and humanly enriching; Very rich experiences, reorganizations in rapidly changing businesses such as Chemicals, highly concentrated activities such as Telecoms and exceptional growth supported by winning strategies of acquisition and integration at the international level in Transport and Logistics, driven by a DNA of courage, initiative, pragmatism but surpassing.I have three strong convictions: - The difference is made by the Talents ; - Talents have no borders and will have less and less attachment to their Companies; - And tomorrow is to be reinvented and recreated; The common thread of my new project is TALENT and will take two forms : - Support international talents and potentials on behalf of Companies, but for Talents themselves through a company based in Geneva and Paris TALENT HOUSE.- Bring my skills to startups, companies in terms of organization, HR strategy and support innovative projects in the development of talents.
