I initially specialized in the field of environmental engineering and industrial ecology, I have been teaching at university level for 10 years. I realized that for sustainability to become a pillar of performance, it was necessary to improve a left-behind, yet core issue : stakeholder dialogue and engagement.We are convinced that through an open, transparent and proactive dialogue, we can actually create sense and shared value among stakeholders. The challenge is to ensure that dialogue leads to legitimate, objective and win-win agreements. This encouraged me to create "Inspiring dialogue..."​, a new approach based on Fair Dialogue & Shared Value, powered by an innovative methodology (Systemic Perception Analysis, SPA) and a digital platform of stakeholder dialog and collective intelligence (Dialog). In 2005, I created with my two associates Esteban Jacques and Carlos Angulo a consulting firm, C3 Consensus, based in Mexico*. Since then, we have been side by side with our clients over three continents to adress their needs of CSR strategy, Social Acceptability and Consensus Building, Stakeholder Dialog, Territory Social Anchoring, Open Innovation, Shift of Business Model...This dual expertise - project experience & software edition - now enables us to achieve our ambition: assist our clients in order to make stakeholder dialog and consensus the pillar of their performance.Want to know more?Let's Meet !Thierry
