In charge of the "Accounts & Saving Products" unit (7 people).Daily management of the clients bank accounts and saving products (checking accounts, savings accounts, time deposit accounts, foreign currency accounts, pension saving accounts, bearer bonds). Accounts: calculation and verification of monthly accrued interests, yearly closing of interests. Verification of interest rates in collaboration with the Financial Markets Department.Compiling of monthly and quarterly accounting reports. Technical analysis and implementation of commercial campaigns in close collaboration with the Marketing and IT departments. Integration and testing of new IT platforms and providing solutions to improve existing systems. Implementation of Audit and Legal recommendations and regulations.

(former `Banque Nagelmackers') In charge of the "Stock Exchanges & Subscriptions" unit (6 people) within the Securities Back-Office. Management of stock exchange and mutual funds sale & purchase orders, handling of corporate events such as takover bids, public exchange offers and optional dividends through extensive contact with the agencies network.Analysis and implementation of migration to a new platform (Thaler).

From October 1997 : Responsible for unit handling sale & purchase orders of mutual funds issued by other institutions (Belgian and foreign). Dealing & clearing with Belgian and foreign banks as well as off-shore issuers using SWIFT, CEDEL and Euroclear.From May 1995 : Handling of clients’ sale and purchase orders for in-house mutual funds: collecting and processing of investment data, following up on financial positions and FOREX, relations with correspondent banks.
