By conducting market research, I stay attuned to industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.I collaborate with the executive team to formulate and implement robust business development strategies, including market entry, product development, and pricing strategies. My role involves developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue targets while managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients is crucial to ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities to enhance both my employer's and the group’s client businesses. I represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen our professional network and elevate the company's profile.Additionally, I work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure excellent client onboarding and service delivery. Upholding Swiss regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical standards is a priority in all aspects of our business activities.I provide regular, insightful reports to UK top management on business performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
