As market manager, my task is to develop our contacts by the investors and Brands. A second task is to introduce some market sales engineer and national market managers in our subsidiaries and to motivate our distributors to have a market action (in the country it is needed naturally) At least some 5 distributors and almost 10 Personns are directly managed.

As assistant of the Subsidiary manager,I did concentrate on the CIAT Subsidiaries : Germany, United Kingdom (+ Irland), Switzerland, Netherland, Belgium. My task was to be the contact of the subsidiaries for all matters that they could not find an answer alone, I also was in charge of a study on the markets we wanted to introduce in the subsidiary sales network.

In charge of the german area ie : Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Hungaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia, Hungaria, Macedonia, i did make the link between our network (subsidiaries but also distributors) and the factory.

In charge of one project, i did follow the installation of the climatisation of the new library of nice.

I worked in the installation of climatisation division of CEGELEC TOULOUSE. I was in charge of some clients around TOULOUSE. I realised projects of climatisation of lots of buildings such as supermarkets, official buildings, and industry.

During my military service, i work for this firm as consultant engineer. My task is first to create an history of the units produced (which are all made per projects but are somehow similar in technic, just the design because of the train place is different) and for wich application to be able by a client to know which kind of unit maight be involved and an idea of price and technic. The second task was to report to the french owner the way they used to make a product and to study how to implement project managers. This structure was put in place 1 year after the end of my mission.
