I also manage the internal and external communication of the IT projects, promoting transparency, collaboration, and innovation. My passion is to create impact by helping digital transformation programs go live, with a strong focus on technology adoption, user requirements, benefit management, and change management. I have a broad experience in several industries, including banking and insurance, logistics, government, and telecommunications, thanks to my previous roles at McKinsey and Accenture.
